Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 The Trust established under the Plan to hold the Plan's net assets is qualified pursuant to Section 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code and accordingly, is exempt from income taxes. The Plan believes that all significant tax positions utilized by the Plan will more likely than not be sustained upon examination. As of December 31, 2024, the tax years that remain subject to exam by the major tax jurisdictions under the statute of limitations are from the year 2021 forward (with limited exceptions.) Tax penalties and interest, if any, would be accrured as incurred and would be classified as tax expense in the statements of changes in net assets available for plan benefits.
