Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Post is governed by the Rules and Bylaws that were instituted to govern the local posts by the National VFW Organizaion. Anyone who has fought in a foreign war and is a US Citizen may become a member by filling out the membership form and paying the membership dues.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	All officers are elected annually at the April monthly meeting and serve for a term of one year. They are elected by all members who are present at the April meeting.
