V 4	The Akron Rural Cemetery Association has permanently restricted funds in a perpetual care fund required by the State of Ohio as well as Legacy Funds from persons buried at the cemetery. These are used for care and maintenance of the cemetery. There are also board restricted funds for a columbarium reserve fund to build a future columbarium.
