Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3	Western Dredging Association hires a contractor to serve in the role of Executive Director. Thomas Capellino was the Executive Director until approximately April 1, 2024. From April 1, 2024, the Executive Director was Jessica Bridges, contracted for E.D. services at 120 hours per month.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Western Dredging Association is a membership organization. In 2024 it had in excess of 550 members, including individual and corporate memberships. Only individual members have the right to vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Western Dredging Association has a Nominating Committee that identifies new members to the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee members present a slate of recommended candidates for approval to the Executive Committee, which then approves the slate and presents it to the full Board of Directors for adoption.
