The delayed filing occurred due to unforeseen circumstances involving our Certified Public Accountant Shortly after our filing extension was approved our CPA experienced significant health issues that impaired their ability to complete the necessary work within the timeframe As a result the filing was submitted later than anticipated We appreciate your understanding of these circumstances
