What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Tx Kappa Alumni Corporation of Sigma Phi Epsilon exists to support the growth and development of our undergraduate chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Our chapter was removed from campus and ceased to exist and we had some significant turnover in the management of the Corporation. As a result, our books and records were lost. We have recreated them to the best of our ability. We have since re established our undergraduate chapter and are enjoying growth and success.
