	Every year this organization organizes an Expo for food professionals of all disciplines in the Pacific Northwest. On Feb 25, 2025, we held our 46th Annual "Supplier Night Expo" focusing on Washington food suppliers/manufacturers. The event attracted over 180 attendees representing 60 food manufacturers of flavors-colors, spices-seasonings, food ingredients, testing-supplies and services with 160 booths.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 was distributed to the all officers and a meeting was conducted to discuss issues that arose and a motion to approve the Form 990 was made.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All the Board members shall verbally acknowledge their reading and understanding the conflict of interest policy in one of the beginning year meetings. The Board members all agreed that in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes.
