	Oregon AHMA is a mission-driven trade association providing continuing education to providers of federally subsidized multifamily housing, including HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, Bond, LIFT, and HOME. This past fiscal year, we provided continuing education to 791 individuals at our monthly classes, held in-person and in webinar format. We offered classes on the new NSPIRE rules, landlord-tenant law, conflict resolution, occupancy certification courses for RD, HUD, LIHTC & HOME, as well as classes on VAWA, AFHMP, fair housing, and much more. We ran 5 HOTMA-specific classes. We offered 3 free classes. 292 individuals attended the Bend, OR conference, receiving 18 hours of cont. education credit. Our professional membership includes 72 organizations. Our vendor associate membership includes 16 companies.
