Pt X, Line 2 The Organization is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue code. The Corporation is required to file and does file tax returns with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Accordingly, these financial statements do not reflect a provision for income taxes and the Organization has no other tax positions which must be considered for disclosure. The Organization holds no uncertain tax positions and, therefore, has no policy for evaluating them.
