It is the mission of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, to improve its members and enhance the communities in which they live by teaching and emulating the principles of Brotherly Love, Tolerance, Charity, and Truth. These funds are held and invested and each year thereafter, funds are transferred to the general fund for their dues. In addition, funds were received from the Wichita Scottish Rite Trust once the temple was sold. These are being held for further investment in facilities and Lodge activities.
