The Directors of this Association shall be elected by ballot at the annual meeting of the Association to serve for two years and until their successors are elected. Their term of office shall begin immediately upon election and qualification. The candidates receiving the largest number of votes shall be declared elected. A Member may cast one vote for each directorship to be filled out but not accumulate and cast for one Director more than a single vote. In the event a Member cannot attend the annual meeting or special meeting, he/she may designate by written and signed proxy a person to exercise his/her right to vote at that specific meeting. |
