	Other programming includes consulting with allied collaborative groups in Sioux Falls & around the state, public education, communications, capacity building, strategic relationship management, & the technology & occupancy costs necessary to support program services. In addition, SF Thrive has developed the Eat Well Sioux Falls Mobile Market - a grocery store on wheels taking healthy, affordable food into some of the most vulnerable neighborhoods in Sioux Falls. As the first of its kind in South Dakota, the Mobile Market has acted as a test case that will provide reliable foundational data and experience to support future expansions both in Sioux Falls and across the state. With the support of a grant from the city health department, the scope of work called for establishing a mobile grocery retail option in Food Access Priority Areas with the intent of reducing transportation barriers to food access, scouting locations for potential permanent neighborhood stores, and improving affordability through stocking a proportion of reclaimed or overstock groceries.

	SF Thrive's core functions are to provide technical support & solution-finding facilitation to collaborative groups working in three specific areas of need: affordable housing, out-of-school time, & food security. In addition, sub-committees dubbed task teams or community collaboratives have augmented the overall strategy with specific work this year: (1) supporting Youth Development Collaborative volunteers as they launched an online portal that improves access to activities and learning opportunities for students in 6th-12th grades who are disconnected from school, family and community; (2) supporting Housing Action Team volunteers in their launch of a pilot Community Housing Education Program that brings critical renter and homebuyer classes into neighborhoods, breaking down the barriers of transportation, childcare, and food access for families in need of stable housing; (3) emphasizing the growing boundaries of food deserts and piloting the first Mobile Market in the state of South Dakota in an effort to provide improved access to affordable groceries in the most vulnerable neighborhoods; and (4) supporting the new Community Food Security Network in its pilot project to reduce food waste with local producers and develop a citywide collaboration for food salvage and delivery.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Following discussion via email to the Board for review, each Board member responded via email with their approval and authorization to e-file the return.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Board members complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure annually. At the start of each meeting, members are asked if any conflicts exist based on agenda items presented. Should a conflict arise, the member must refrain from voting or attempting to influence the matter at hand unless the Board feels the member has information which may assist the Board with the matter. In this case, the member may be asked to state his/her position and answer any pertinent questions. If the conflict is unclear, the member will leave the meeting while the others determine whether a conflict exists.
