Explanation:

I have been my mother's primary care giver, she has lung and brain cancer as well as dementia, since stepping down from the position as financial secretary in May of 2022. My replacement is still struggling with all of the obligations of the position and is unfamiliar with the form 990. I am doing my best to assist him in getting this done. (Note: Due to Quartermaster's health issues with his mother and father entire quartermaster obligation required to be turned over to new Quartermaster who required extensive financial training including IRS and tax filings.)
