Statement:
The Almeida Family Foundation (the "Foundation") terminated as of December 31, 2024. Articles of Dissolution for the Foundation will be filed with the Illinois Secretary of State in 2025. On January 1, 2024, the Foundation held assets which included cash and securities totaling $203,545. During 2024,the Foundation accrued dividends in the amount of $128,and income in the amount of $8,000 from the sale of securities. During March and April of 2024, $194,251 in cash and securities was distributed to American Endowment Foundation F/B/O The Almeida Family Charitable Fund, which is identified in Part XIV, and the remaining balance was distributed to pay Foundation expenses such as legal fees, bank fees and fees to the Illinois Attorney General for filing of the annual report for the Foundation. As of December 31, 2024, the Foundation had zero assets and terminated as such. 2024 will be the final year filing of Form 990-PF for the Foundation.
