Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The North American Gamebird Association has 400+ voting due paying members that approve recommendations from a Board of Directors elected by them. This annual voting take place at the Annual General Membership meeting held during the National Conference.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Details / Status of the filings are presented to the governing body by the Treasure. Opportunity is present to Directors to receive a copy of Tax documents for review. Copies of tax documents are stored on a shared file system accessible to the Treasurer, Account, Executive Director and Communications Director. Any request of fulfilled by electronic distributiun via encrypted email.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for the 3 paid contractors is reviewed each year by the Board of Director at the lead of the Treasure. This is reviewed each year prior to the budgeting process. Any changes in compensation are put to a vote of the entire Board of Directors for Approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Members are advised of the availability to review said documents upon request. Upon request, documents are distributed to the member via secure email.
