Form 990 - Organization's Mission or Most Significant Activities	The Sauk Prairie Trap & Skeet Club is a member-owned, volunteer-managed, open-to the public organization that promotes the safe, ethical and sportsmanlike use of firmarms shotguns for the clay target sports, including activities for competition, recreation and public adult and youth education, instruction and mentoring.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 24 - Exp Category Exceeding 10 of total	To run shoot events, various supplies and help are required. Funds earned from the purses were used to pay these expenses in the amount of $26,585.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6 - Classes of Members or Stockholders	By Laws provide for members and for payment of dues.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a - Election of Members and Their Rights	The bylaws provide that the members elect the board of directors at the annual meeting.
