Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 FIN 48 (ASC 740) footnote	The Club is a nonprofit organization exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and files a Form 990 tax return. Management has evaluated that the Club's tax positions and concluded that the Club has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the combined financial statements. The Club files as a tax-exempt organization. Because management has not identified unrelated business income in past years, the Club has not filed Form 990-T, Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Returns. Management is not aware of any activities that would jeopardize the tax-exempt status of the Club. Management is not aware of any significant activities that are subject to tax on unrelated business income or excise or other taxes for the Club. Homeowners associations may be taxed either as membership organizations or as regular corporations. For the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, the Regime was taxed as a membership organization. As a membership organization, membership income is exempt from taxation if certain elections are made, and the Regime is taxed only on its non-membership income, such as interest earnings, at regular federal and state corporate rates. The Regime follows the provisions of ASC 740-10 and has determined that there were no uncertain tax positions requiring recognition as of December 31, 2023 and 2022.
