Part VI, Line 19	Any member is eligible to request to see documents, policies and financials in person at any point in time. We make monthly financial statements available for viewing during each monthly meeting. We also provide copies of our LM-2 and 990 at each meeting of the month they are filed (March and May respectively). Records are kept in a filing cabinet in the office in labeled files for easy access. Any member who requests documents for viewing, they can be emailed or mailed physical copies. Additionally, at least twice a year, the branch brings in trustees and any member in good standing wishing to partake in the financial and tax audit of the branch.
Part VI, Line 6	The organization is made up of roughly 1,000 active letter carriers as well as almost 600 retired members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Members hold the power to nominate other members in good standing to officer positions during the fall meeting every three years. Members also hold the power to cast secret ballot votes if a nomination is not elected uncontested.
Part VI, Line 7b	If an officers does not complete a full term, the branch president holds the sole express power to appoint another member in good standing to a position.
