Changes to governing documents Part V line 34	The IMAG Board of Directors approved a change to the bylaws to add at-large seats to the Board of Directors. The officers of the board have the discretion to fill at-large seats, rather than via election by the membership, as other positions require. The at-large board members are non-voting positions but participate in all other board activities and meetings. The intention behind the new board seat(s) is to create a pipeline of leadership, allow for continuity should a board vacancy occur mid-term, and allow for wider representation from among our varied membership.
