Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization is comprised of individuals who are Veterans and qualify for membership in the VFW under the membership rules of VFW National.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Officers are elected by members annually at a regular monthly meeting held in April.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All governance decisions are voted on by members from time to time, subject to VFW National By-Laws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The organization's members elect annually, three Trustees. Form 990 is provided to the Trustees for their review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	a paper copy of Form 990 is retained in Post files. They are available upon request.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Architect fees related to the construction of a new Post building. Due to economic conditions, the cost of a new building significantly exceeded the funds available for construction, so expenses related to planned new construction were expensed. In late 2024, the Post was able to purchase an existing building.
