As part of the substantial contraction that occurred in December 2023, final distributions were made to two separate Schwab Charitable Donor-Advised Funds. On January 5, 2024, $103.57 was distributed to Schwab Charitable Donor-Advised Fund for Homer and Ida Jones Charitable Fund, of which co-Trustee Sara Konhause is an advisor; and on January 5, 2024, $230.75 was distributed to Schwab Charitable Donor-Advised Fund for Diana Jones Charitable Account, of which co-Trustee Diana Mawhinney is an advisor. None of the distributions were counted towards the required qualifying distributions for 2024.
