Part IV, Line 2b:	OECU collects funds when a mortgage payment is made and these funds are held in an escrow account. These funds are later disbursed to pay a member's insurance premiums and real estate taxes. The 2024 balance is $225,838. OECU collected funds to purchase backpacks and school supplies to be donated to students in the community. The 2024 balance is $3,148.
