The Treasurer responsible for preparing and submitting this return departed from their position prior to finalizing the financial records necessary for this tax filing. This unexpected transition left the organization without immediate access to the finalized documentation required to complete the return in a timely manner. The organization requested assistance from the previous financial officer to reconstruct and finalize the financial records. This was necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial documentation used for the preparation of the tax return.
