Form 990, Part IV, Section A, Line 11B	The Form 990 is reviewed and signed by the President and/or Executive Director of the organization. The board approves the financial statements used to prepare the Form 990.
Form 990, Part IV, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for the Management Services Contract is researched by the NITDC Board of Directors prior to signing each new contract. Comparison are made to other management companies and other Convention and Visitor Bureau budgets to determine the reasonableness of the contracts.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3	Alliance Marketing Group, is the management company retained by the Organization to provide accounting, management and marketing services for the Organization. Dan Bearss is the Executive Director for the Organization and he is the majority shareholder of Alliance Marketing Group. See additional information on page 8, Section B.
