Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The purpose of the Corporation is to promote the health and general welfare of its members and in pursuance thereof to construct, own & operate a swimming pool and other recreational facilities, together with such incidental objectives as are appropriate in the conduct of its activities.

	Membership Dues: Membership is purchased thru shares and then annual Dues. This provides the member access and use of the pools, playground, pavilion, basketball & volleyball courts & free WiFi. The pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Lifeguards are provided during hours of operation. The member can also vote annually for the board members and bylaws changes.

Pt VI, Line 6	To become a Class A member, applicant buys 2 shares if single or 4 shares if a family for $50/share and is entitled to 1 vote. A Class B member is part of the family of a Class A member and has no vote. A class N member holds no shares and is made up of 1 or 2 adults. They have 1 vote per membership. They pay a non-refundable fee of $100 or $200 at time of acceptance and have same rights as Class A, except they cant share in proceeds of corporations assets on dissolution.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Members have the right to annually elect board members if they attend the annual membership meeting.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Members vote to dissolve the corporation. They can participate in the conduct of business of the corporation. Can hold elected office. To notice relative to buying or selling real estate, borrowing of money, amending Charter Bylaws.
Pt VII, Col (F)	Officers & Board members annual dues are waived while serving. The Annual dues for a family membership are $350 and would be paid in May.
