Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The administrative offices of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary are elected on an annual basis by the membership. The line offices of Chief and Deputy Chief serve a two year alternating term. These positions are elected by the membership. The line offices of Captain, and lieutenant are elected by the membership on an annual basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Normal or routine expenses are processed by the executive group. Monthly meetings are conducted in which any additional purchases or expenses are discussed with the membership at large. Additionally, any emergency purchases or approvals are discussed at a special meeting of the membership. In general, the membership has final approval on any decisions regarding United Volunteer Fire and Rescue
