| Pt VI, Line 6 | There are two classes of members, Class A and Class B. Class A members are assessed annually a membership fee based on several factors pertaining to their business. These fees cover the costs, expenses, investments and obligations of the Organization. In any proceedings in which voting by members is called for, each Class A member in good standing is entitled to one vote. Class B members are honorary members selected by the Board of Directors. They have all of the privileges of Class A members except for the right to vote. As such they are exempt from payment of dues. |

Throughout the year, the Director ensures compliance to the policy by monitoring any new board members and their business/personal relationships with the Organization. |
