What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Assist veterans and provide community and youth programs..
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 High School Oratorical Contest-We ran this program for high school age students and had 3 contestants. They each gave an 8-10-minute prepared speech on any amendment of the US constitution. They also gave a 3-5 minute assigned impromptu speech on a specific amendment that they were given 5 minutes in advance. There were 5 judges 2 timekeepers 2 tabulators and an usher. The winner received a $100 prize and all contestants received a medal and certificate. This was written up in the local newspaper with pictures. Public invited.

29 Veterans Day Celebration. The post held a public celebration at the post for all veterans in the area. Members of the community were invited and many were in attendance. Our guest speaker was Col. Dave Sammons retired US Air Force special operations officer who spoke on his career and the meaning of duty and sacrifice to the country that all veterans gave. A free lunch was provided to all attendees and it was sponsored by a local restaurant so there was no charge to the post.

30 Annual Christmas parade. We decorated a trailer in patriotic fashion and handed candy to children along the 2-mile route. We also spoke with veterans in the audience to determine if any needed any type of assistance. We also recruited a couple of new members along the way. The purpose is to let the public know we are there to support veterans and children and youth with our programs.
