Explanation:

Our management company provided financial statements on an accrual basis, but we are a cash basis entity and the Form 990 needs to be on a cash basis. Our officers are all volunteers who have full time jobs. Our Treasurer tried to correct the financial statements but made several serious errors. Our Judge Advocate, who does the actual filing, had to correct these errors and this took considerable time as he works 60 hours a week in his job and is an officer of this organization only as a volunteer.
