Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Association has five (5) mutually exclusive classes of membership, as determined by the Board of Directors. These are: Contractor, Associate, Architects & Designers, Affiliate & Educator and Honorary). Contractor Member is any person, firm, partnership or corporation actively engaged in the construction or maintenance of interior or exterior landscapes, whose dues are not delinquent and who is normally engaged in an activity that is allied to the landscaping or as determined by the Board of Directors. Associate Member is any person, firm, partnership or corporation whose dues are not delinquent and who is engaged in a business or industry allied with the landscape industry. Architects & Designers who are interested in the landscape industry and whose dues are not delinquent. Honorary Membership may be granted by the Association to any person who has rendered outstanding service to the landscape contracting industry or in fields of activity related thereto, approved by the Board of Directors. Affiliates & Educators Municipalities, Golf Courses, Educators (ACLP, Public Educators, Employees) working with the green industry, but not providing landscape services or products and whose dues are not delinquent.
