What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To build a cohesive Cardiovascular community throughout the State of Oregon, in order to locally promote education, research, use of guidelines and influence health care policy.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Membership provides access to tools that help all members of the cardiac team make the complex medical decisions they face every day. These tools include: membership with CardoSource, an interactive online news magazine and education tool; an e-mail newsletter with medication, research, legislation, and other cardiology related news delivered 5 days a week; a subscription to Cardiology magazine; and discounts on ACC publications, products, and conferences.
