General explanation attachment This Association of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodges of the State of New Hampshire is formed to unite all Elks in closer bonds of Fraternity; to practice Charity, to promote Justice, to inculcate Brotherly Love, to cherish Fidelity and further good fellowship among Lodges.
