Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Members have no rights with regard to approval of decisions made by the governing body. Nor do they have any rights with regard to electing members of the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Forms 990 and 990-T are prepared by an independent CPA, based on accounting records and information provided by the bookkeeping service and Club Manager. The CPA provides the returns for review by the Club Manager, Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President. A copy of the return is provided to the Board via email.
