The Administrator (Nona Michelle Kay, myself), who has sole responsibility for filing 990s, obtained an upper respiratory infection in mid-August 2025. This turned into Bronchitis and later Pneumonia. While I still have not fully recovered, I am now able to come into work and complete this return.
