Pt XI A tax-exempt entity that has never taken into account an item of income or deduction in determining taxable income does not have to request consent to change its method of reporting that item on Form 990. Therefore, the organization is recording membership dues as income in the year the cash is received, beginning with the tax period 5/31/2024.
Pt VI, Line 11b The goal of the organization is to have the form 990 reviewed and approved by the general membership at each annual meeting.
Pt VI, Line 7a The governing body is elected at large by the general membership. Trustees are elected to 3 year terms with rotating 5 off each year. Trustees may serve 2 consecutive tersm and then must leave the board for at least 1 year.
