What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Community Service Organization: Emphasis on Vision and Hearing impaired. It supports community programs (Youth and Recreation) as well as local school organizations. Supplied Eye Exam and Glasses for a needy person.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization gives assistance to vision and hearing impaired. It supports community programs (Youth and Recreation) as well as local school organizations. Supplied Eye exam and glasses for a needy person and Donated to Leader Dogs ($200). Ran a summer baseball programs for ages 4-13, affecting approximately 125 children. We held an Easter Egg hunt for 80 children, and a community Wiener Roast for approx. 100 children and adults. We also have made various donation to the local school district including Yearbook, Volleyball, and PBIS Program. During the Christmas season, we filled sacks with fruit and distributed the sacks to 100 needy families in the community.
