	See Schedule OIn 2024 USFWC grew our total membership by more than 8 percent and net member contributions by 7 percent. We provided access to dental and vision benefits for over 660 people across 68 member organizations through our Worker Benefits Program. Through a partnership with Just Futures we also provided access to retirement benefits for 5 member organizations. USFWC continued our training and technical assistance services and resources through our Co-op Clinic and Consulting programs as well as industry specific peer networks.The Co-op Clinic provided 298 members with Technical Assistance or Training services to strengthen worker cooperatives and democratic workplaces. Over 528 people attended our workshops and webinars or received training resources. The Consulting team designed and facilitated low-touch and multi-month projects for 9 organizations with over 122 employees to help them improve their organizational strategy, practices and culture. USFWC hosted our largest-ever Worker Coop Conference in Chicago. It was attended by more than 600 worker-owners and movement builders, and included over 40 sessions and 50 meetups over the course of three days. Our policy team provided government officials with education and information regarding the worker co-op model, including ensuring member representation at the first White House Convening on Worker Ownership. We directly engaged more than 50 members in advocacy skills development through peer sharing and discussion. We continued educating and advising members and partners regarding worker ownership.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	USFWC is a non-profit organization with 439 members: 271 work place voting members, 168 associate non-voting members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Members elect the governing body around the time of the annual members meeting. Removal of a member requires a vote by the members unless a member resigns or loses eligibility due to non-payment of dues or other loss of eligibility.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	Changes in bylaws require a vote by either the board or members. Only members may amend bylaws relating to the following: number of directors, term length, changing a designated board, changing quorum, proxy or cumulative voting rights.
