Part X : FIN48 Footnote ENMRSH and the Foundation are tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and Zia is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(2). In addition, the Foundation has been classified as other than a private foundation. ENMRSH, the Foundation and Zia have adopted accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America as they relate to uncertain tax positions for the year ended June 30, 2025, and had evaluated its tax positions taken for all open tax years. ENMRSH, the Foundation, and Zia are not currently under audit. Management believes that the activities of ENMRSH, the Foundation, and Zia are within their tax-exempt purpose, and that there are no uncertain tax positions.
