Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The membership present at the Stated meeting on November 13, 2024 elected 5 officers for the coming year to manage the lodge for the year starting December 27, 2024.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Grand Lodge of Ancient and Accepted Freemasons of Oregon issues a charter to each duly authorized Lodge which requires the Lodge to operate within specifiic written requirements and limitations described in the ByLaws of the Grand Lodge of Oregon.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Treasurer provides a written copy to each of the Finance Committee members prior to the next stated member meeting. At that meeting the findings and recommendations of the Finance Committee are presented to be approved at the next scheduled stated meeting of the Lodge. After any questions asked are answered, the members present vote to accept or reject the findings and recommendations of the finance committee. If the vote is favorable then the Treasurer is Authorized to sign and submit the Form 990 as presented. Failing, the Treasurer makes the required changes and another votes is required to accept and approve the form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Lodge has not been asked or directed the Grand Lodge of Oregon to provide any additional access to the Form 990 tax returns other than that which is required specifically by the IRS. We are not aware of any requests by any individuals or organizations for such information in the last 5 years.
