Pt VI, Line 6	The organization has members who pay a one-time membership fee to become customers on the organizations rural water system. Membership fees are refundable when members withdraw as customers on the water system or transferable when their property for which service is provided is sold to another
Pt VI, Line 7a	Each member has one voting right to elect board members at the annual meeting of members held in April of each year according to the organizations bylaws. There are seven board members (all of which are leected at-large by the members of the organization).
