Part VI, Line 6	The organization extends membership to University of Florida students who have been formally initiated into the Theta Delta Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity. All members regardless of tenure or position are afforded equal rights within the organization. This ensures a fair and inclusive environment for all individuals involved.
Part VI, Line 7a	During the annual election period members of the organization actively participate by nominating candidates and casting their votes to select officers who will lead and represent the organization. This democratic process ensures that leadership positions are filled based on the preferences and choices of the organizations members promoting transparency and accountability in governance.
Part VI, Line 11b	An officer of the organization will make an appointment to have the approved documents available for review. The executive board will discuss with the National Fraternity which documents they are required to make available for public record.
