Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	SNAC Internationals by-laws delineate four classes of membership; domestic business members, foreign business members, domestic associate members and foreign associate members. The by-laws also provide that if the association dissolves, Assets are to be divided among domestic business members in good standing in exact proportion to the dues and assessments paid for the fiscal year in which said dissolution occurs.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The Board of Directors elects officers and directors-at-large when positions become available per our by-laws. This occurs each year as terms expire. In the event that a current member of The Board vacates his/her position, the Chairman appoints a replacement per the by-laws.
