Pt VI, Line 3 Association Leadership Partners is the management company.
Pt VI, Line 6 The chapter membership categories are physical therapist, retired physical therapist, life physical therapist, student physical therapist, physical therapist assistant and life physical therapist assistant.
Pt VI, Line 7a The officers, six directors, speaker of the chapter meetings, chief delegate, and PTA chapter caucus representative are elected by the chapter membership. The district chairs are elected from and by each district.
Pt VI, Line 7b The chapter may voluntarily dissolve itself if two-thirds of its voting members approve the dissolution. The bylaws may be amended in whole or part only by a vote to chapter members.
Pt VI, Line 11b The Board of Directors receives a copy of the 990 before filing.
