Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 34 In accordance with the Bylaws, practices and policies, the following changes to the Bylaws were approved by the Board of Directors in March 2024 with an effective date of October 1, 2024. These changes did not materially affect the rights of members. The intent of the changes was to improve the election process for the board of directors through simplification of the process for both candidates and the board and to update to more current accepted practices and terms, including: * Reduce the quorum for a Member Vote to 10% which more closely reflects the average engagement by members and to be more in line with other similar organizations; * Reduce the Quorum for a Board Vote to a simple majority; * Remove write-in candidates from the annual election as nominations are accepted year-round; * Remove the need for a Ballot unless there are more candidates than seats; and, * Other global changes to modernize word use.
