THE ORGANIZATION CONTACTED THE PREVIOUS PREPARER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NO LONGER PREPARE THE REQUIRED 990 FORM. IT DID TAKE THE ORGANIZATION A PERIOD OF TIME TO FIND A NEW PREPARER. THE EXTENSION FOR THE 2024 990 FORM WAS FILED ON TIME AND THE 2024 990 RETURN WAS FILED BY 11/17/2025, THE EXTENDED TIME.
