OFFICERS RECEIVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS FROM THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR, THE PRESIDENT/CEO. SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR OFFICERS ARE APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT/CEO AND ARE BASED ON MERIT AND WITHIN BUDGETARY GUIDELINES APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
