1a Home Funders Collaborative LLC was created to address the unprecedented crisis in affordable housing for very low-income families in Massachusetts. Based on the belief that without adequate housing all other social investments are at risk, the Collaborative provides low-cost financing to low-income housing projects. Loans are used to finance new construction, redevelop foreclosed properties to include units for extremely low income families, and preserve expiring use rental units.
