What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Maintain and operate 15 tennis courts, 1 platform tennis court, 1 clubhouse and parking lot for members, and provide recreational and competitive events for all members, and an instructional program for junior members

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20 TRANSFER OF ALL ASSETS TO WESTFIELD TENNIS CLUB INC. AS OF 1/1/24 AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN THE LEGAL STRUCTURE OF THIS ENTITY. SEE ATTACHED ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT.
Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 36 Under an Asset Transfer Agreement, Westfield Tennis Club ceased operations effective 12/31/23, and all assets and operations continued in the name of Westfield Tennis Club, Inc., a 501(c)(7) corporation with EIN 93-3474167. Accordingly, all revenues, expenses and unrelated business income was reported for that entity, and this is the final return for this Association.
