Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Members of the organization will initially consist of one Voting Member and will add additional Voting Members as appropriate over time as they qualify as outlined in the bylaws. The organization shall consist of five classes of members: (a) Level One will consist of organizations involved in consumer legal funding; (b) Level Two will consist of organizations involved in commercial legal funding; (c) Level Three will consist of international (non-U.S. based) organizations involved in legal funding; (d) Level Four will consist of educational sponsors and vendors; and (e) Level Five will consist of large national commercial law firms, banks and other financial services providers All members shall have the same rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions, so long as they do not conflict with express provisions provided for in the organization's Articles of Incorporation or these bylaws.
