Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Members have the right to elect all officers at the regularly scheduled elections. They also have the right to elect the governing board of trustees. Members do not share in any "profits" of the organization as it is formed as a not-for-profit corporation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All members participate in elections to select the organization's officers and trustees. Occasional vacancies in those positions between regularly scheduled elections may be filled by appointment by the reminaing trustees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All members have the right to vote on proposed changes in the organization's by-laws and on contract provisions. They also approve all expenditures for local union businesses and vote on levels of member assessments.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990, prior to being filed, was made available to the primary officer and all members of the board of trustees.
